Want your team's Zendesk in Claude? Create an OAuth client in Zendesk (a few minutes), then send the details to your admin, who turns it on for the whole org. Use a Zendesk sandboxif you're just testing.
- Open OAuth clients. In Zendesk go to Admin Center → Apps and integrations → APIs → Zendesk API → OAuth Clients → Add OAuth client.
- Client Kind.Choose Confidential — the connection only works with a confidential client.
- Client name. Anything you like, e.g. Claude MCP connector.
- Redirect URL. Paste this exactly — your admin gives you the tenant slug, and it must match character for character:
https://zendesk-mcp-ogp.vercel.app/api/zendesk/<your_tenant>/callback - Save, then copy the Unique identifier and the secret.
The secret is shown only once — copy it now.
